Design and Installation

We offer a turn key design and installation service. Prior to installation we will visit your barn and develop the following:

• An agreed layout of the system and nozzle locations.
• Detailed installation design
• Recommended settings for your facility
• Complete price quotation
• Delivery schedule

After installation, our technicians will run through a full test cycle, adjust nozzles as need, explain how to use the system set it up for optimal fly control.

Service Contracts

With an annual service contract, we will visit your barn to refill insecticide during the Summer,  Winterize the system in the Fall and turn in on in the Spring.

Winterizing Service includes:

• Complete system test
• Flushing insecticide from the system
• In poor water quality areas, we will change the hexa phosphate filter as needed
• Cleaning and/ or replacing nozzles as needed
• Filling the system with an anti-freeze solution to ensure no damage during freeze periods

Turn On Service includes:

• Complete system test
• Flushing insecticide from the system
• Changing the suction filter to keep the proper flow without restrictions to the pump
• In poor water quality areas, we will change the hexa phosphate filter as needed
• Cleaning and/ or replacing nozzles as needed
• Filling the system with an anti-freeze solution to ensure no damage during freeze periods

Spares and Maintenance

Your Automist system comes with a full one year guarantee. However, in the unlikely event of a problem, we are available on call to repair your system. We also stock a full line of spare parts, insecticides and other accessories.
